What are the penalties for failing to comply with the waste bag calendar?

Within Bruxelles-Propreté, there is a team of enforcement officers/controllers who issue fines for any failure to comply with the waste bag collection schedule. The amount of the fine is between 50 and 200 euros (excluding costs and increased amounts for repeat offences).
